I can tell you that sharpening both sides of the blade at the same time is a huge advantage to the Wicked Edge. I could manage to reprofile an edge much quicker than this vid but I was aiming for precision & perfection. In my future vids I will try to show you how quickly you can sharpen a blade, this is more of a slow demonstration video.
